The data that we hold on you

We suspect this may not come as a complete surprise. However, like almost every other organisation in the universe we have been striving to ensure that we work in accordance with both the letter of the GDPR regulations and in their spirit.

Thus it is that we have formulated an ABINGDON COLLEGE AND DISTRICT FILM SOCIETY PRIVACY POLICY NOTICE. If you would like to see it, just let us know, either by emailing info@abfilms.org.uk or write to the Secretary, ABCD Film Society, c/o The Abingdon Health and Wellbeing Centre, Audlett Drive, Abingdon OX14 3GD. Or, perhaps most easily, view it on our website: http://abfilms.org.uk/privacy-policy.

Next season

We’re almost there! We’ve decided on the programme of films and events that we would like to offer you from October 4. We even know what our preferred alternatives are if screening licences prove to be unavailable for a couple of films.

And a special thank you if you came to our open members’ meeting recently. We were much encouraged and influenced by your reactions. We think that all will like the look of our plans for next season, when they are finally published.

The next newsletter will be published early in September at the latest.
