Comments

“An amazing piece of work”

“A remarkable film”

“Amazing – nothing seems to have surpassed it as an anti-war statement”

“A most unusual but clever film”

“Very cleverly done but still rather poignant. The music and songs were good in creating the (right) atmosphere.”

“Very poignant, sad and telling. I think the silence (in the audience) at the end of the film said a lot. Very thought provoking.”

“Very moving – but it still goes on!”

“We don’t seem to have learnt all that much, do we?”

Why don’t they ever learn?

At times, it seemed to go on too long – but so did the war!

“Interesting to see the creative use of limited sets. Lengthy but an intriguing war film.”

“Powerful but a stage show rather than a film”
